Óscar A. R. Maradiaga is a Cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church who hails from Honduras. In 1978, he was made Pudentiana’s titular bishop and Tegucigalpa’s auxiliary bishop. Maradiaga became the President of CELAM for four years.
