About Edsel Ford
Edsel Ford was named as the head of automobile firm, Ford Motor, from 1913 to 1943. He’s known to be the brain behind the ‘Ford Model A’ car, which was predominant in the 1920s and 30s.
The Edsel automobile brand, which was marketed by the aforementioned automobile company between 1958 and 1960, was named after him.
In 1938, he created the Mercury division which operated under Ford Motors.
