About Ray Kroc
Ray Kroc played a huge role in the expansion of the fast food company called McDonald's Corporation. He joined the organization in 1954 and immediately helped to open lots of branches across the United States.
In 1961, he purchased the company for an amount of $2.7 million. He again became the owner of the San Diego Padres baseball team in 1974 when he bought it for $12 million.
